Advantages of using Tile Levelling System.
The Nex Gen Tile Levelling System is designed to reduce the lippage that can be experienced when laying tiles, allowing for faster more even work. Making it much efficient and easier in DIY projects. The two-part system consisting of a Spacer Clip and Wedge are fastened by a Tensioning Tool, which aligns tiles from 3-12mm in thickness, ensuring even, lippage free grout joints, in both wall and floor tiling.

Usage Guide
Step 1: Ensure that the floor surface is levelled or screeded appropriately. Levelling Clips cannot straighten tiles on an uneven floor.
Step 2: Apply correct amount of glue with a notched trowel to the tile and floor before laying, then position the Spacer Clips to ensure an even grout line. Position to best effect where lippage occurs.
Step 3: Slide in the Wedge into the space provided in the Spacer Clip and use Tensioning Tool to tighten. The pressure of the clip across the two surfaces, levels the tiles.
Step 4: Once the tile glue has set, remove the wedge and the top of the spacer, which break off under the tile. The Wedges can be re-used a number of times, if undamaged.
